Although this book is out of print (I stumbled across it at a used book store) the stories it tells are timeless. I was particularly interested in the perspectives of Apple (written just as Jobs was returning) and Harley Davidson, and how the two companies built a community and culture around their products. There are plenty of other examples as well, but the stories of suit-wearing executives learning to relate to their hog-driving customers are pretty inspiring.
