Any chance of adding nutrition information, specifically on macros (of protein, fat, and carbohydrates)? That would make it a winner for me.
Typo on this page: https://www.movebutter.com/produ... Change pescetarian to pescatarian.
Oh, I'm on a plutonium-free diet. Do you accommodate that? (Joke.)
Got two boxes so far and the quality of food has been amazing (love the greek yoghurt!). Chai and Oliver have gone above and beyond to accommodate our dietary preferences. Definitely worth a try if you shop at Trader Joe’s or Whole Foods and want to save time and money :)
@matid I'm so happy you loved your boxes Matt! The Greek yogurt is the single best yogurt I have ever eaten. I eat so much of it in the office. I'm 99% sure I packed your most recent box for you. I'd love to hear about your experience and any specific feedback so that we can iterate on our boxes for the future. My email is darby@movebutter.com
I have tried almost every food delivery service and my two issues tend to be the recipes (I'm usually unsatisfied with the variety or actual end result and usually end up modifying them on the fly) and I hate all of the packaging. However this looks good and we'll be giving it a try. From the list though I already know we won't go thought the nut butter or preserves in a week which means we'll be building stock. Meat, cheese, milk etc, good for one person.
Interesting idea. Looking forward to trying it.
Thanks @_jacksmith for another good hunt.
@_jacksmith It isn't that I don't want it, we just don't go through it that often (assuming its peanut/ hazelnut/ etc). While we eat meat every week, we don't do pasta every week. Would we if we had more? Probably or do it as a side more often.
I find the concept interesting. I'm just wondering the execution. How quickly we'll build up staples we don't eat that often or how often we'll say "if only we had more than that". But we are signing up (they got a sale from this post!) and as usual, I'll be happy to give them feedback as we process through a couple of weeks of shipments.

I've got nothing on the product - it's not for me - but I just wanted to chime in and say how much I love your website and the organic integration of video.
@andreasduess Andreas, I really appreciate you saying that! You're awesome! We thought that video would be a better, more natural way to tell the story behind the box.
If one day you start considering giving it a try and have questions, you can send me an email at sebastian@movebutter.com. Would be happy to get you set up. Cheers! :)

@sebastianwerz@movebutter I've got three kids and I worked my way through art school as a line cook, so food boxes, generally speaking, don't work for me. However, before I had a family, I would have looked at your product with greater interest. I think you nailed everything, from the design to the content to the presentation. I work in food marketing myself, it's great to see a product that's being launched with such integrity and passion.
I've been wanting something like this for a long time! I think you guys are on to something.
I think there might be a really interesting opportunity if you focus in on the "bodybuilder" option that you have. They say most of fitness comes down to diet, but it's hard for Fitbit et al to have much control / impact on the nutrition side of things. If you could incorporate that meal plan with a fitness (and perhaps supplement) routine, and provide a highly structured way to achieve fitness goals, I think that could be really powerful.
There may be some interesting characteristics of starting in a niche like that over the Silicon Valley entrepreneur niche. Just my two cents!
