As a content creator and educator, I juggle classes, content production, and client meetings daily. TheLibrarian.io has been a total game-changer. I use it to auto-schedule my calendar, send well-structured emails, and even search files in Google Drive what i love is i can using quick message, image and of course voice command to do these on WhatsApp. No need to jump between apps. It’s fast, intuitive, and surprisingly powerful. The Daily Summary is now the first thing I check every morning, it keeps me focused on what matters. I really recommend TheLibrarian for those who want to serious about productivity and hate wasting time on repetitive tasks, this is the AI tool you need.

Pros: 1) Easy to keep track of multiple events in your calendar, i.e asking it to search for any events related to water without searching tediously one by one in your calendar. 2) Helps remind you for anything important. It can send you email and Whatsapp messages for reminders. 3) Able to "read" images and OCR it for text inside. 4) The support team is good, they respond within 2 working days as well as provide solutions and fixes to any bugs or questions you might have. Cons: 1) The calendar is still quite buggy, when I ask it to remove duplicate events, it simply freezes and say wait for me to remove and then it won't respond again until you re-prompt it. 2) The image function is still not fully mature, if the handwriting isn't good, the words will often get ignored. Conclusion: A promising tool with a great idea, great team and free currently while in beta. Great for those who are in need of an AI to do miscellaneous tasks and free your time. However, there are some buggy aspects which still requires fixing. Hence, I rate this 4.5/5.

Regarding the calendar bugs, we’ve released a series of fixes over the last couple of weeks to address issues like freezing when removing duplicate events. If you’re still experiencing any problems, we’d really appreciate it if you could reach out to us at support(at)thelibrarian.io so we can investigate further. We always work to fix every bug that’s reported to us—some are resolved quickly, while others may take a bit more time, but we’re committed to getting them sorted.

For the image OCR, we just announced in today’s newsletter that we’ve rolled out a new OCR model that handles pictures much better, including improved recognition of handwriting. If you have a chance, please try it out and let us know if you notice an improvement.

About 1 month ago I am using The Librarian as my personal assistant on WhatsApp, and it opened my eyes to how much time I used to waste on small tasks, such as checking emails, juggling calendars, hunting through Drive. Now, the first thing I see each morning is a concise Brief that maps out my day: meetings, priorities, even warnings if appointments clash. It feels like having a secretary who’s been up since dawn preparing my schedule. The real magic for me is the WhatsApp chat. I can drop an image, files, or quick voice note and just tell it, for a few seconds later my Google Calendar is perfectly updated without touching my laptop. Even when I forget a file name, I just type it and the Drive link pops right up. The crazy things is the more I use it, the smarter it gets; it already remembers my default Zoom room and favorite email sign‑off, so every drafted reply feels effortlessly personal. What i loved is The Librarian has turned my phone into a genuinely efficient mobile office, letting me focus on what matters instead of repetitive admin. I really love this tools, thank you so much The Librarian teams!

TheLibrarian.io is a very Handy AI tool for boosting productivity! The automatic daily todos that is sent to me every morning(abtracted from my calendar/emails) helps me be more clear about my objectives for each day, being laid out in a clear summary. The feature to scan and analyze documetns quickly also comes very handy as a pocket tool to quickly summarize documents, very useful tool overall with much more potential to help in my day-to-day personal and professional life.

An actual AI assistant that feels like an assistant. I've tried dozens of "productivity" tools, but The Librarian is the first that genuinely saves me time every single day. From the moment I wake up, I get a perfectly clear morning brief all inside WhatsApp. I can send a voice message or drop a random file and say “add this to my meeting notes” or “remind me next week” and it just happens. I think it's a good tool, but I would like them to add more functions, such as being able to have more reminders and not having time lags in the reminders and in the scheduling of messages, in addition to not sending information links and sharing the key points that the user wants, but in general it's a very good tool. I've been using it for some time and I think it's great to have a chat with AI on WhatsApp for whatever is needed.

Thank you Carlos for your feedback and for being a long-time user! 🙏 Just to clarify: with our Advanced PRO plan, you get unlimited reminders and queries, ie no limits on how many you can set or ask. If you’re on the Basic plan, there are some limits, but upgrading unlocks everything.

Regarding the time lags: we’re constantly working to make reminders and scheduled messages as instant as possible. If you ever notice a delay, please let us know the details via the Support Channels so we can investigate and improve.

The Librarian truly is an amazing AI tool, that changed my daily routine! It helps organize my day, but the most important and effective is how it helps me prioritize my day to day tasks, something difficult for me. And all of this inside WhatsApp, so I can send emails, search for files, add reminders, resumes my day, etc. The perfect personal assistant.
