I can appreciate the simplicity of the build, but having USB ports on the bed will not promote good sleeping habits. I keep my phone as far away from the bed as possible.
plus points for the ease of assembly. minus points for the $1200+ price-point. Ikea makes great beds; something like ~$200. as others have commented, I don't recommend keeping your phone next to your bed, it can disrupt your sleep.

As someone who JUST recently went through the process of searching for a bed frame, it's incredibly valuable to show the clearance room to put bins under the bed. For example the MALM from IKEA is too low to the floor to accept typical storage bins which are around 6" (15.24cm) tall

I bought a Zinus platform full bed frame through Amazon for about $130; it has a similar no-tools fast-assembly.
I consider any bedding that doesn't have a top sheet which snaps to the comforter cover, dumb bedding. Check out smartbedding.com
SmartBedding + EightSleep mattress&cover + Zinus bedframe is going to give you a lot more for your money than this.
I see this as a premium, somewhat overpriced wooden version of the Zinus bed frame.
