Hey everyone,
I recently left my job as a lawyer at a corporate law firm to start a news startup. In the interim, I created a podcast called The Power Of Bold. The podcast is for white collar employees who are looking leave their corporate job (for whatever reason) but are held back by fear or various excuses. The ultimate objective is to provide actionable insights so that listeners can find the courage to take risks in their careers. I’m also aiming to provide comments on my journey as I begin creating my company.
In the latest episode, I interviewed Devin Martin, a life coach based in New York City. We spoke about his story—including the time when he left his burgeoning career in New York City and lived alone on a mountain in North Carolina for one year—and how white collar employees can find the courage to leave their jobs and try something new.
