@villaumbrosia That's a tough question but I would have to go with how the book goes into detail about setting up the foundation of the roadmap in the "Finding and Planning for the Right Opportunity" section. Every client is different and zeroing in on their Product goals (growth, revenue or user satisfaction) is key to get started on the right foot.
