@jacqvon I see a lot of teams solving problems that no-one actually has. I see lots of companies who fail to do any sort of coherent customer development or early stage interviews to gauge interest, test ideas/hypotheses or get feedback on initial designs etc. I meet a lot of companies that view raising a round as a barometer for success rather than thinking about user acquisition, revenue, retention or anything else that's *really* important. I also think a lot of people just don't talk enough - to their customers, users, peers etc - I talked about this in the podcast - getting feedback from your friends or family is always going to produce false positives (unless your friends and family are assholes). You have to talk to strangers. You have to be willing to accept criticism and advice from the people who will be touching, using or holding your product every day. Without that, you're finished.
