2 Questions -
Is there a verification layer to verify if someone's actually related?
Do you also provide emails? If so, how do you find and verify this? And do you provide a confidence score to the emails? If yes, how do you calculate that?

@warixhussain We have a strength score that assess the relationship. No other verification for now but thinking of integrating that UGC feedback loop as we grow!

@jennieweng Good question Jennie! I think you mean Clay.earth (just to clarify because we integrate with Clay.com).
We're in a similar space and our founders know each other :) I believe they've optimized for personal relationship management. We've gone deep on people/company/job change/fundraising data and built a whole internal db for the sake of business network mapping (work overlaps, education overlaps, shared investors) etc. We have an API which I don't believe they have. Besides that, they have an amazing mobile app, which we don't. And I think their branding is incredible :)

@jennieweng we passively map work overlaps, ed overlaps, and shared investors (the user doesn't need to do anything, nor to even be a user if that makes sense: we created a "connector" role for this and you can add anyone with just their LI URL).
Then members who actually join a Swarm team can import their LinkedIn networks and Gmail email and calendar contacts.
All those layers feed into the strength score (Strong/Familiar/Weak) calculated for each relationship.
We have plans in the future to map additional public data (social engagement data, deeper profile data such as shared communities/groups/ etc) and more first-party user data (CRM data, deeper inbox mining with user opt-in etc.).
The sky is the limit :)
