The Ultimate Travel Planner is an all-in-one Excel/Google Sheets system: colour-coded itinerary, auto-calculating budget tracker, packing checklist, bucket-list goals, an ADHD-friendly toolkit, and a live dashboard β one file, no extra apps.
Hey Product Hunt! π
I'm Takis β I build digital products and write about productivity and solopreneurship over on my Substack.
I built the Ultimate Travel Planner because I was doing what I bet a lot of you do: planning trips across five different tools. Notes app for the itinerary, a separate app for the budget, a packing list I'd inevitably forget existed until I was already at the airport. None of it talked to each other, and I kept re-entering the same trip details over and over.
So I built one file that does it all:
ποΈ Itinerary β day-by-day, colour-coded by category (transport, food, activitiesβ¦) so you can scan a whole trip at a glance
π° Budget Tracker β planned vs. actual spend per category, with the difference and % used calculating automatically
π Packing List β checklist with a priority tag, so you always know what actually can't be forgotten
π― Goals & Bucket List β track dream destinations and savings goals side by side, with progress bars
π§ ADHD Toolkit β this one's personal. A brain-dump checklist that tags every task by energy needed, so trip prep doesn't feel like one giant wall of overwhelm
π Dashboard β everything above rolls up into one live view: total spend, budget remaining, days to your next trip, goals hit
One-time entry on the Trip Setup tab, and everything else just pulls from it. No subscriptions, no extra apps β works in both Excel and Google Sheets.
It's β¬19, one-time, and yours for every trip after this one too.
Would genuinely love to hear how you plan trips today, and what's missing from tools like this for you β I'm reading every comment today. π
