I love ThriveCart & Learn+ by far one of the best investments that I've made when it comes to my businses. It's relatively easy to use and it does exactly what it is supposed to do. Customer service is great and responsive.

Been using ThriveCart since it came out in 2017. It's never missed a beat and has been continuously upgraded since then. Longevity in this fast moving era matters a lot to me, so it was no surprise to see the latest additions and improvements to the platform in Pro+. Long may it continue.

I love the idea of ThriveCart, and bought not only it, but also the full Learn+ suite, and now I've got Pro+.
Everything was going great until one day my affiliate payouts stopped working. I contacted support and they couldn't figure out why. They "escalated the ticket" and still don't know why it doesn't work. So now I've paid nearly $1000 for an app that doesn't work as promised, and the company has no incentive to fix the issue because I've already paid them.
I'm now looking for another solution and frustrated that my money's gone. I wish instead of coming out with new features, like Pro+, they'd spend the same effort fixing issues like the one I'm facing.
You guys are changing the entire industry! Been a user of Thrivecart for close to two years and when I saw crypto payments my mind was... blown.

How would you recommend someone new to ThriveCart get the most out of Pro+?
@siddharth_sareen Start simple. Set up a product with an order bump and enable some of the new reporting features, like UTM tags. From there, play around with adding additional order bumps aka multiple order bumps (Pro+ allows up to 6) and tax-inclusive pricing — they’re powerful but not overwhelming.

@christopher_maselli have escalated this within support team to look into this.
There are no known issues affecting multiple affiliates at the moment so this is likely to be an isolated issue.
