Hey everyone! I'm Hiro, the developer behind TidalTask.
I built this because every planner I tried made my ADHD worse. Too many folders. Too many views. Streak systems that made me feel like a failure by Tuesday.
TidalTask is the opposite of that. It's a free ADHD planner app focused on three things:
Quick capture - get the task out of your head before it disappears.
Flexible routines - keep structure without the guilt when you miss a day.
Gentle reminders - nudges that help you restart, not ones that pile on shame.
It works across iPhone, iPad, desktop web, and visionOS. No account required to start.
A few things worth knowing:
It's free. No paywall, no trial timer.
It's built by Ottegi, my small web agency. This isn't a VC-backed product chasing growth metrics.
The ADHD focus isn't marketing. I have ADHD. This is the tool I needed and couldn't find.
I'd love to hear what planning friction looks like for you, whether you have ADHD or not. What breaks first when you try to use a planner? That's exactly the kind of feedback that shapes what gets built next.
Thanks for checking it out.
