Here's a quick question: How do you envision TikBox.io's GenAI labeling feature balancing the need for creative freedom with the importance of accurate copyright assertion, especially in cases where AI-generated content is derived from multiple sources?
@ihuzaifashoukat Thanks Huzaifa, that's a pretty meaty question! Labelling GenAI content is a legal requirement mandated by the EU AI Act, President Biden's AI Executive Order, as well as laws and regulations in many other jurisdictions. There's a concern about the negative impacts of deepfakes and bad actors and clearly labelling assets, to ensure transparency, is part of the solution. TikBox.io has implemented C2PA - this is quickly becoming an international standard for provenance and transparency. OpenAI/Dall-E have also implemented the standard and this means that Dall-E will label the asset as made with GenAI at the time it's generated, while TikBox.io will use user input to label an asset as GenAI if the labelling has not been provided already. The label could also indicate partially made by AI.
