Congrats on launching the TimeMachine, @annedevj! This is such a cool tool for diving into our past tweets. Can't wait to check it out and see what I posted! π
This is such an interesting idea, @annedevj! I can totally relate to the struggle of finding inspiration for tweets. What features does your Chrome extension offer to simplify the search process? Also, did you face any challenges while building it? I'm curious how you approached the API limitations and any potential workarounds. Looking forward to trying it out! π #timemachine
@emma_ning I'll let you try it or just look at the screenshots to see how it enables you to quickly use the search instead of having to manually enter and tweak with the advanced search options βΊοΈ

So this tool can show anyone's tweet history, privacy concerns anyone? Can see some potential for misuse but maybe some safeguards could help, what do you think about adding some kind of consent feature for users?
@digitalgrowthpro Hi Adam, good point! However I only use what's already present, ie Twitter's advanced search in the explore tab, which already exists and is available to everyone, just complicated and tedious to use :)
So privacy concerns would regard Twitter in this case, as this is already open to everyone π¬ hence the importance of keeping track of what you wrote and sometimes doing some cleaning on your profile I guess π

Curious if this is just a stalker's dream, how do you balance between oversight and privacy, not sure everyone wants their old tweets dug up without warning

Got the link from a friend, kinda creeped out by the idea of digging through someone's old tweets, feels like a way to stalk people without them knowing, not sure I'm comfortable with this π€

Just came across this and decided to give it a go, honestly it's super helpful for getting new ideas and inspiration for tweets, props to the founder for coming up with something so unique and useful, found it while browsing recommendations on Product Hunt, well done!
@sportexec2023 Hi Nathalie π glad you liked it! It's quite useful to browse into others tweets and get inspiration, instead of being stuck in all the present trends that sometimes feel a bit overwhelming!
