I think I did something wrong. The website stands out, got a decent offer from the rest, I followed the procedure as I was told but it has been weeks to get paid for my trade-in and I guess it is a lesson to be learned.

@bretthellman We actually landed on this space quite quickly but we took some time to iterate on the exact angle. First we wanted to start with the merchant partnership side but we ultimately ended up building the consumer experience first.
