@ericries A great tool! Would definitely use it in my recruiting conversations) Another great tool for a startup would be a "Funding required" calculator based on your metrics and goals. Because not all startup CEOs are great at excel models)
@andrewaskins That's because the tool assumes investors hold preferred stock with 1x liquidation preferences, so common stock holders won't profit until the sale price exceeds the amount of money that has been raised.
