Love it is now both Apple and Android friendly for my work phone.

It’s great being able to see what my friends are up to and being able to repeat their workouts. Product looks great too, very slick!

There’s nothing like it on the market for logging what I do in the gym and sharing with friends

Would be awesome if it integrated with Class Pass

I've really enjoyed using Tona for my strength workouts. I've tried a handful of strength apps that have never quite been what I needed, Tona has been the first app I've really felt suited my needs and I've been happy to use.
Pros:
-Extensive library of moves.
-Easy to plan and repeat strength workouts
-Checklist aspect keeps me motivated mid-workout.
Cons:
-A couple minor bugs

Guys, this is a very cool application. I use it very often. I really like competing with other users in my results. This adds motivation :) I've been looking for a similar application for a long time, but I just came across some kind of shit. For the first time I heard about this application on the website https://cyclehealthinfo.com/nord... . One of the users advised me to use this application in order to compete with me. Since then, I use it all the time. I advise everyone to try it, you will definitely like it!
