US company formation + domain + email + AI website in one package. No SSN needed. Foreign founders register a US LLC without visa. Pick Wyoming, Delaware, or Nevada. We handle filing, Registered Agent, EIN, domain, email, and hosting. $200/yr: LLC + RA. $299/yr: add domain + email + EIN. $399/yr: add hosting + AI website builder. Built for e-commerce sellers, SaaS founders, and freelancers worldwide. Only US formation service with Chinese + English bilingual support.
A friend spent 2 months trying to register a US company for his SaaS.
He picked Delaware because "that's what everyone says." $300/year franchise tax. Wrong entity type. 8 IRS phone calls. $800 wasted. Two months gone. When he finally asked for help, I walked him through it in one afternoon: Wyoming LLC $60/year, not $300 Called the IRS at 6:00 AM ET on Tuesday EIN in 15 minutes Mercury bank account approved in 3 days Stripe connected by Friday Total: one week. $250. The worst part? Nobody told him about Form 5472.
$25,000/year penalty if you forget to file.
Most formation services never mention it. It's not their problem. That's when I decided to build TopStartNow. **Where we are now:** Bootstrapped no VC, no pressure to jack up prices 58 guides published covering everything from LLC vs C-Corp to Stripe setup Served founders from 15+ countries Launching on PH this Tuesday (July 28) **The biggest lesson:**
Foreign founders don't need a cheaper formation service.
They need one that doesn't lie about what comes after
"congratulations, your LLC is approved." Ask me anything #buildinpublic #solofounder #indiehacker

One thing that would make this even more useful is a guided checklist for post-formation compliance, like annual report deadlines, state franchise taxes, and beneficial owner filings specific to Wyoming, Delaware, or Nevada. Foreign founders often get tripped up by these recurring requirements after the LLC is set up, and having reminders or a dashboard tracking them would be a real lifesaver.

@gerardpiqueΒ Great point β post-formation compliance is exactly where foreign founders run into trouble. We're planning a compliance dashboard with state-specific checklists (annual reports, franchise taxes, BOI filings), deadline reminders, and automated email/SMS nudges. Wyoming/Delaware/Nevada each have their own quirks, so we're building per-state templates. Would love to hear which compliance items have been the biggest pain for you personally β that'll help us prioritize.

honestly this looks super useful for non-US founders, especially the no SSN part. one thing though, can you add a built-in US business bank account option or at least partner with one like Mercury or Relay? that would basically save people weeks of back and forth after formation.

@jasper_heathΒ Great callout β banking after formation is where the real time-sink happens. We're actually in early talks with Mercury and Relay for exactly this: formation docs pre-filled, one-click handoff, account open in days instead of weeks. The partnership route gets this in your hands faster than building our own banking layer. Really helpful to hear this matters β it bumps banking up our priority list significantly. Were there any specific pain points you ran into with business banking as a non-resident?

Hi Product Hunt β Li here, founder of TopStartNow.
This started with a phone call, not a pitch deck. A friend from Brazil spent three weeks stuck in Reddit rabbit holes trying to form a US LLC β Wyoming or Delaware? SSN or no SSN? Three different platforms, same documents, different format requirements. When it finally went through, his reaction wasn't relief: "Why did that take a month?"
That question is why TopStartNow exists.
Most US incorporation tools assume you're American: SSN, US address, and a mental model for what a "registered agent" is. But millions of global founders need US entities β for Stripe, US banking, global customers β and the system was never built for them.
So we built what we wished existed: a one-click US company formation flow for global founders. No SSN. No US address. No jargon.
How it works β three steps:
Pick your state β Wyoming, Delaware, or Nevada. Pre-built guidance for each; no more Reddit spirals.
Fill in your details β passport, international address. We don't ask for a US phone number because you don't need one.
Submit. We file with the state, get your EIN from the IRS, and deliver everything in a dashboard. Days, not weeks.
You also get a compliance dashboard β annual report deadlines, franchise tax reminders, BOI filing tracking β because formation is the easy part; staying compliant is where founders get blindsided. And we're building a built-in banking option (Mercury / Relay integration) so you go from formation to funded in one flow.
Why it's different: Most services stop at filing. We start there β compliance tracking, banking handoff, and plain-English guides built from watching a real friend struggle through every step.
For: Non-US founders, freelancers, indie hackers β anyone who's Googled "can I open a US LLC without an SSN."
Your turn: Incorporated as a non-US founder? Tell us what sucked β your horror stories shape our roadmap. I'll be in the comments all day.
Finally a US formation service that gets foreign founders don't always have an SSN handy. The bilingual support is a real differentiator if you're based in Asia like me, and the bundled hosting + AI site at $399/yr is way more practical than juggling five separate vendors.

the bilingual support actually stands out here. most formation services assume you speak english and leave it at that, so having chinese + english side by side is a thoughtful touch for the audience you're clearly targeting.
