Every job tracker charges $15-50/month. As a Head of Engineering who's screened thousands of applications, I thought that was absurd for people who just lost their income. So I built ApplyFlow: a free job tracker with a Kanban board, Chrome extension that captures jobs from any job board in one click, AI suggestions, and a Chances system to rate your confidence per application. No paywall. No freemium. Free forever. Built with coffee, for the community.

Hey Product Hunt! I'm Santosh β Head of Engineering turned solo founder, based in Berlin.
I posted here a month ago. A lot has changed.
The backstory: I spent years on the hiring side β screening thousands of CVs, building engineering teams, knowing exactly what gets someone hired in 10 seconds. Then the European layoff wave hit. Amazon, Meta, Berlin startups shutting down overnight. People in my network scrambling with spreadsheets and $15β50/month trackers. For people who just lost their income. That felt wrong.
So I built ApplyFlow. Free. Not freemium β free for candidates, forever.
What's live: β Kanban board to visualize your pipeline β Chrome extension β capture jobs from LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby in one click β AI resume intelligence β match scoring, keyword extraction, gap analysis β Candidate profiles you own β export as JSON, import from JSON Resume, AI autofill from CV β GDPR-compliant, EU-first, Google OAuth
What's in development:
I'm not building a tracker. I'm building infrastructure for how hiring should work.
ApplyFlow Protocol (AFP) β portable, machine-readable candidate profiles with field-level visibility controls. TypeScript package, already shipped. Open-source (MIT).
Employer Portal β employers search AFP profiles and manage applications. Candidates control what they share.
A2A Agent Infrastructure β AI agents that search, match, and apply on your behalf. MCP + A2A standards. Mandatory human approval gates. Transparent, auditable, consent-first.
The vision: candidates own their data. Employers get signal instead of spam. AI participates β with your permission, not behind your back.
I built this solo, with Claude Code and too much coffee. Rough edges exist β tell me here and I'll fix it.
What I'd love:
