Tracker is the task management system that's ACTUALLY designed to work for solo's and freelancers. - Create as many projects as you need - Invite clients to projects - Choose whether clients can add tasks or you have to approve them - Request approval from clients for tasks once completed - Let clients approve or decline your work - Set tasks to auto complete after X day of waiting for review - Stage tasks not yet approved for later quote / action

I'm a solo developer who needed a better task management system than all the others out there.
I needed a system where clients can add their tasks for me to do, I can approve them or hold them for later, then I can get to work.
Once I've done, I can request a review of the work and the client can accept or decline it.
Everything flows from the very logging of a task to full completion with the client involved every step of the way. Plus Tracker limits the number of times a client can decline work and also sets when tasks will be marked as completed after waiting for review.
It's simple. It's clean. It's beautiful. And it's designed for those freelance developers and solos who need a nice way to work.

Would love a way to attach files or screenshots directly to tasks, since so much of the approval flow depends on showing the actual work. Even a simple drag and drop upload would make the client review loop way smoother than having to email assets separately.

@makbulemest Hey. You already can - attach per task

The client approval flow is genuinely useful, especially the auto-complete timer after waiting for review. Freelancers lose so much time chasing sign-offs.

@c_cank75781 No more waiting - just request review and it does the rest

A time tracker built into each task would be huge for freelancers like me who need to bill clients accurately. Being able to start a timer from a task and have the hours roll up to a simple invoice view would save me from juggling a separate app.
