@emlikfevzi60322 Thank you — the year/month/day folders came from real-world pain. Cross-border trade means clients in multiple time zones, months-long negotiations, and emails you need to reference six months later. Flat lists just don't cut it.

One thing I'd love to see is a calendar sync so the action items and deadlines you extract from threads can drop straight into Google Calendar with a click. Would make those client promises much harder to forget when they're sitting next to my actual schedule.

Quick question: what calendar do you use day-to-day? Google Calendar, Outlook, or both?
One thing that would be a game changer for my workflow: let me set custom rules so Trade Mail Trio auto-categorizes incoming emails into those 4 client buckets based on keywords or sender domain. Right now the extraction looks solid, but having it pre-sort before I even open the thread would save me a ton of clicking each morning.
@aysunzhanyeue Love this idea — auto-categorization rules based on keywords or sender domains would make the morning workflow much faster. One thing worth noting: TMT only processes emails when you click "Extract Actions" — it never scans your inbox in the background. This is by design for privacy (zero-server architecture). But pre-sorting within the extraction flow using custom rules is definitely something we can build without compromising that. Curious — what kind of rules would you set first? Keyword-based or sender-based?
