Been using TranserChain intermittently over the past 5 or so months. I've sent multiple file types (design and audio) with only DXF files not working (yet). As an environmental graphic designer, I often need to send massive print files for large displays to various vendors, many of which can exceed 1 or 2 gigs. Doing so securely, knowing they'll be deleted after a set period of time, and with limited hassle for nonaccount holders is vital. I had been using WeTransfer but opted to try TranserChain and I have zero regrets. No vendors have had any issues on their ends either. For a younger app, it worked well enough when I started, but they've been adding features and knocked out bugs rapidly. Support is responsive and the developers are keen on learning use cases in order to add appropriate features. Speaking of... There are at least two features I'm hoping they'll add: - Reminder emails about expiring files that haven't been downloaded yet being automatically sent to recipients and - Ways to store non-TranserChain user emails so I don't have to manually input them every time Overall, I'm rooting for the team and hope they find their niche in a tough market.

As an existing beta user with 30GB of free storage, I can confidently say that the system functions as intended. Although the Windows UI requires some work, I am sure they will eventually get there. I will gladly give feedback if requested. But they have already tackled the challenging part, which is the technology behind it. Could you please guide me on how to purchase more space with the discount code? As an existing user, I couldn't find the textbox to enter the code at checkout. I think only new users get the promo code textbox.

Congratulations on the product launch, guys. I saw you launch; this is my first time on product hunt. Immediately went to your website and did some digging. Looks like a top-notch platform. I'll have more info once I start using it. Well-done guys! The idea is a sticky one and I'd love to see it grow.
