Traq.ai takes notes during your sales meetings, so you don’t have to. Record and transcribe your online/onsite meetings, capture what your buyer wants, and get objective AI-insights to win more deals. Free and paid options available.
we have been using Traq for a while now and find it to be an incredibly unique way to manage sales conversations. Our reps and managers can see the key points without having to listen to a recording or read the entire transcript. It saves us a lot of time and when you pull together multiple conversations from the same company (different team members and different departments), we see the big picture. That helps us to quicky pivot when either threats or opportunities present themselves.
I'm excited to be part of the evolution of Traq365 technology. They welcome my input! As the community grows, together we will benefit.
Kudos!
Brian, we appreciate you and your team using Traq and the feedback you provide. It's great customers and their success that makes this so worthwhile. Thank you!
Hi Brian, thanks for the review! We love to hear how our customers are finding value in Traq.ai. It's true that it saves you a lot of time, time that can be used for much more productive (and rewarding) things than taking notes or looking for notes in the CRM. And as you said, just like any SaaS product, we are constantly evolving - so we're happy to hear any suggestions or requests you have. Stay in touch!
I've been using Traq for a while. I've challenged the team a few times with a few deliberated translations, the system was so right it was surprising. I wouldn't have caught or pinpoint a few of the insights the system outlined at the end of a few conversation.
I love the idea that it is a learning and improving system. A few expressions unique to our field, Energy, once recognized and understood were utilized properly in all zoom and conversations. I'm looking forward to further utilize and benefit from Traq. Thank you guys!
I use Traq for my sales calls and internal project calls. Having a summary of the calls is a time saver.
The AI keeps getting better at defining Tasks, risk, and opportunities.
When I share calls with prospects, they're impressed and makes me look like a bigger company.
There are things to improve like the transcription quality for people with strong accents (like me), but this is a known flaw even for the big players like Google and Apple.
Hey Blas! We're so glad you find Traq.ai useful for your sales calls and project calls. Definitely, the call summary is a popular feature since it lets you review past calls in seconds. Thanks for your feedback about the transcription, and as someone with an accent myself I can definitely relate, :). But as we keep improving our technology, transcription quality will keep going up as well.

Does Traq work on Linux ? Seems very useful for our day long client review calls where we need to filter down our conversations /notes to only what is pertinent
@arirubenstein we're finding that out for you. Our product is designed to be platform-independent, so I'm hopeful it will work with Linux, too. Thanks for your question!
This looks great! We'll give it a shot on our next marketing meeting. A few questions:
- Does Traq automatically join meetings, or does it have to be enabled on a meeting-by-meeting basis?
- If I download a full transcription of a meeting, what file format is it in? Just a .txt file?
Great work!
@matt_castaldo Matt, good questions. Today, everytime you start a meeting, the app pops up and asks if you want to record the call. (It's a big Green Button that says "Start Recording?" We're going to give users the option to make this automatic in the very near future based on user feedback.
When the call is complete and the transcription is finalized, you can share the conversation with anyone or everyone. The format is a web page that allows the user to read and listen to the call simultaneously using our Synchronized Playback feature. (We find it very helpful to be able to both hear and read the call.) You can manually copy the conversation into a text file today; we're building automation to export this into a .doc file in the near future.
Thanks for your interest.
@matt_castaldo It's a desktop app that automatically pops up when you initiate an online meeting, and all you have to do is click to record. Once the meeting is over and you get your transcription, you can share it directly from the application, no need to download it. You get a shareable link with all the information about your meeting (audio, transcription, summary, etc.). It's very comprehensive. Try it out and let us know what you think! We're here for any questions. Plus, paid accounts get free onboarding training. ;)
Congrats on the recent launch! After having read up a bit on the current state of the product, as a data guy I'm most excited to learn about the Insight Report. Do you have any content or articles showcasing what's in this report?
@fbeltramini Hi Fabio! Thank you for the congrats :). You may find this page useful, even though it's more of a general overview: https://www.traq.ai/sales-reps/ ----- The Insights report looks at Feature Requests, Risks, Actions, Topics, and Opportunities. You can run it for a particular account or all your Accounts. I hope this helps!
@fbeltramini Fabio, thanks for sharing. We too are data fanatics. The Insights report identifies Risks & Objections, Feature Requests, Opportunities, and Tasks & Actions. We've designed the platform to enable our customers to also build their own AI classifications so they can identify things that uniquely matter to them. It's a very powerful technology.

Hi, Adam. Very interested in learning more and I will be taking advantage of the free trial version.
Can you share some specifics on just 'how' Traq.ai helps Sales Teams win/close deals? As a Sales Manager, what insights do I see to help further manage my Sales Team?
@susan_weiner Susan, here are some of the benefits from using Traq.ai to win more deals.
First, having a recording of every conversation means that you can review each call when necessary. This is especially valuable when the deals are critically important or have a high value. Too often, subtlety and nuance are lost without having the recording. Our Synchronized Playback provides a powerful way to re-experience those parts of the call that really matter.
The Call Transcription is helpful when we want to pull specific facts and comments from the conversation. This is great when sending follow-up emails to the prospect. And also when sharing information with others on your team. You can share what really matters.
The Call Summary helps the salesperson quickly identify the things that really matter in the conversation. It helps when writing follow-up emails to review the conversation rapidly and address those items that matter. It's probably most helpful when the salesperson needs to prepare for the next call with the same prospect. In the past, without the ability to review the conversation, salespeople - at least those I worked with -- sounded like they forgot everything discussed in prior calls. Now they sound well prepared.
The Sentiment Score is an objective measure of whether the buyer is leaning into the conversation and the deal. Too often, we salespeople have trouble really knowing how the buyer or prospect is feeling. The AI is much better at objectively figuring this out then we humans are.
The Call Score tells the salesperson how well the call went. "We hear what we want to hear." And that’s never more true than after a sales call. Traq.ai uses a collection of data points and AI to objectively evaluate every call. Knowing whether the call scored well or not lets the salesperson know whether they have room to improve their sales skills. And they have a better feel for the likelihood of winning the business.
The Insight Report is probably the most powerful component of Traq.ai. Essentially it's creating the call notes automatically so the salesperson can be fully engaged in the conversation. It’s the essence of the call; it’s a report on everything that’s important. Now everyone on your team knows what’s going on within the opportunity without demanding that the sales team spend all their time on administrative work and taking notes. Everyone has the information they need to move the deal forward and win the business.
There's a lot more that's powerful and valuable; these are just some of the highlights. Our customers are always sharing things that they learned from Traq.ai

@adam_rubenstein Great product! Conversational intelligence that is customer/client-centric. Gives the sales team the ability to truly understand and focus what the client needs. The "buyer sentiment score" is interesting as well. Can you elaborate a bit about this and how it may may help with our deals? Thanks and good luck on your launch!
@dreww Drew, in my past I've been a salesperson and I've managed sales teams. And too often I and my team would think that a deal was going well and that the buyer was really into whatever I/we were selling. If you asked me at that time how the deal was going I might respond "the buyer really likes me and our product; this is a done deal. We're going to close it before the end of the quarter"
And then nothing. Crickets. Because I had misread the buyer and his/her intentions. That's why
we developed the Sentiment Score -- which is calculated with our proprietary AI. It's an objective, accurate measure of whether they buyer was really leaning into the sales conversation. To often we salespeople confuse someone being polite with someone who is really interested. And the difference can mean the sales is won or lost.
The sentiment score can change over time. We find that early in the conversation, the Sentiment may be low as the buyer is somewhat skeptical. Then, as the conversation progresses and the buyer begins to understand your value proposition, the score changes. What matters most is not where the buyer sentiment begins during the buying journey but where it ends.
That's how the Traq.ai Sentiment Score comes into play. It tells you whether the buyer is really into the deal or just being polite. So you can make adjustments to your sales process as necessary to win the business. It also leads to more accurate pipeline forecasts.
Thanks for your thoughtful question.

@adam_rubenstein Interesting and obviously very useful! Thank you for your detailed response.

Also, is Traq customizable, in its ability to create reports or filter data and transfer that into a custom production management tool ?
@arirubenstein Ari, absolutely customizable. In fact, you can create your own "classifiers" in the AI and have the technology identify those things that are unique to your business.

Wow, this looks really cool. I take part in a lot more engineering/product discussions than sales calls though, would it help there? Even pulling out A.I.s during/after a call would be awesome.
@sam_brotherton Sam, I find it very useful to capture any call. While our AI is designed around sales conversations, I record my marketing calls and my development calls. I find that I can stay really focused and engaged when I don't have to worry about taking notes. Having a call recording and transcription is really useful. And after the call, I can go into the transcription and identify things that really matter to me. It's way easier to highlight a sentence and click on it then to write the note. And even when I take notes, I often don't know what they really mean without the context. Thanks for your support.
