I've been using a beta version of Traq and have been very impressed. The voice recognition and transcription is strong and the AI-driven insights piece is clearly valuable and bound to get better-and-better-and-better the more users (and data) Traq accumulates. @marijay Hi Mari, the main AI insights are Opportunities, Risks, Actions, and Topics. These are designed to be useful primarily in a sales context, so an Opportunity would for example be the buyer speaking of a new project or something like that. A Risk would be something like "we're concerned about pricing"... However, these are just basic examples. If you have more specific or detailed questions let me know and I will pass it on the actual product experts ;-)

Been using this product for about a month. Save me a ton of time by summarize the call. If I need more detail I can view the whole call. It works well to identify tasks, opportunities and tasks. Still early but huge potential for AEs, SDRs and sales community.

As a marketing professor teaching sales coursework and conducting sales research, this solution has a lot of potential to make a unique impact. There's so much data in conversations for both training salespeople and assessing critical information about sales calls. The note taking capabilities are fantastic too. I'm sure sales managers will be happy with the quality of the information they can use to gauge rep performance.
@alecpappas14 I know! So much data in every call. I’m amazed at the amount of information I miss on a call. But then I go back and listen to the audio or read the transcription, and it allows me to move my projects forward faster and with more clarity than I would be able to do without it.

I'm a big proponent of blending tech and data to generate strategic insight. For the sales team that can never seem to get a "real" handle on pipeline, the Traq AI provides powerful insight. This is a gamechanger for sales!
