Hi everyone!
I'm Cindy, and I built travel buddy after realizing that I wanted to better manage my energy so could I show up as best I could for to-dos/events planned on longer vacations and business travel. I tried existing apps out there to help plan my schedule, but felt like (1) those plans were fixed when delays happened or I missed a step, and (2) the UI made it confusing to follow when I didn't have much time to check the schedule and make sure I was on track.
I felt like I didn't care as much about overdoing the scientific precision of the recommendations (as long as the basic circadian principles were followed), and instead wanted something that was forgiving, and that I could actually follow within the constraints of my busy life.
