@shubham__dogra Hi Shubham - good question. every time you make a transaction, the retailer pays a small fee called the 'interchange fee'. Normally card providers keep their cut of this fee for themselves, but at Tred, we have committed to using 10% of the revenue we earn from this payment to fund tree-planting projects. 🌳 We have also committed to planting 15,000 trees with the Mastercard Priceless Planet coalition 🌍 We fund different tree planting projects around the world, and the cost per tree differs at each project, so we can't give you an exact ratio of spend in to trees, because it depends on individual projects how many trees they can plant per amount donated. Although each tap of your card only contributes a little bit, over time it'll add up! And importantly, it lets all our customers fight climate change at no extra cost, and without doing anything differently at all.
