And social media - generally had been a manual lift for us
Probably this can be an answer to automate social media listening for real time intelligence feeds

One improvement: on the Keywords screen when we are listing Tweets, I'd like the option (or as a default) to see a longer preview of the tweet content (or just the full tweet). This way I can decide whether it's a good lead or not without having to leave the platform
