This product gives you an immense amount of value. Coming from a place of manually attempting to calculate things like repeat rates, churned customers, segmentation, etc.., Segments has really expedited this by giving you these insights at your finger tips. Even things we were unable to do prior like what products are being bought together and what products are being bought in succession. Everything is so easy to navigate. Amazing product and amazing team.
