@mwtbrowser Hotel industry is one where chatbots can really do wonders since there are so many low touch points that are handled manually by the staff. Looking forward to see many such products in the near future. TrilyoBot accommodates both these features. A direct booking platform for the hotel and a easier and effective way for inhouse guests to be engaged with the hotel rather than dialing numerous extensions to get to the right department of the hotel. And of course, great conversations build great relationships so its a win-win for both hotel and their guests.

Hello @chrismessina, We are not just a messenger bot building platform, because although you can build your bot on these platforms, a certain amount of expertise is required to integrate your existing tools. We handle all of that, so that our customers can focus on the bigger picture. Besides we have pre-built AI with industry specific modules. Moreover, we allow out of the box PMS integrations and concierge services for hotels. We are already integrated with payment services like PayPal, Stripe amongst others. Along with this we have integrated with other PMS tools like Checkfront, Hotelogix while more are coming up. Further, mailchimp is one of the marketing tools we have integrated with so far. Looking for many such integrations.
