Troop messenger has completely transformed how our team works. Before, we were using different apps, one for chats, another for file sharing and for video calling, now it's all in one place.

What needs improvement

Automatically summarize key points after calls or any meetings happend

vs Alternatives

It offers strong secure and mobile experience with smooth and also pricing value proposition is better compared to others. With this pricing having more better features is nice.

What needs improvement

Sync problem need to be improved and need to add few more like quick reactions to messages.

It streamlines communication! You don’t have to rely on multiple applications for chat, calling, audio-video conferencing, remote screen sharing, and others. All the features of collaboration are available in Troop Messenger across its mobile, desktop, and web platforms. I personally like its chat area filters that help us filter images, text files, videos, and URLs, each separately.

I’ve been using Troop Messenger for more than 1 year, and it’s good for improving communication within our remote team as well as the office. We’ve tried, Microsoft Teams and Zoom, but Troop Messenger feels more streamlined. The interface is easy to use, and I love the feature where you can send “Burnout” messages that auto delete after a set time.

What needs improvement

Right now I don't see any improvements

Troop Messenger has been a joy to use generally, and I have taken advantage of all of its features. I enjoy using Troop Messenger since it enables one-on-one and group chats & calls, screen sharing, remote access, file sharing, etc. with many individuals or teams. Another reason I like the app is its stability.

I love the ability to use advanced search filters to quickly find old documents. The only thing missing is perhaps a dedicated in-app knowledge base for troubleshooting, but customer support has been quick to respond when needed. Better to add quick reactions for the messages also.

I would like to see Troop Messenger in every kind of business, this makes our communication easy without getting affected by any latency issues. During the pandemic, we were able to contact every team member although they were working from different places. It has got all the features that helped us sustain the remote work repercussions. Great team chat app Review: After testing many tools’ free trials finally we stopped at Troop Messenger, and it was a unanimous decision to opt for it, none of our team voted for other tools. Whatever they claim on their official page is available, unlike other tools. This tool has become a great asset for us during pandemic times. I wholeheartedly recommend Troop Messenger to all the teams.
