Hi PH! I made TryContracts because a lot of my friends have wanted to try out smart contracts but don't know what they are or where to start - so I created an easy introduction to one of them. I think a lot of people are interested in smart contracts but can’t try them out because it’s too much of a hassle setting up a coinbase account, figuring out how transactions and gas fees work, etc. I hope this is a fun low-effort intro to the world of smart contracts :) Let me know if you have any comments, questions, or suggestions!

Easy ways to introduce more people to Ethereum, and Ethereum smart contracts, is going to be what grows the ecosystem. This is a great step towards making things easier!

Pros:

Simple explanation of smart contracts. So much easier to venmo someone than to deal with MetaMask and figure out how to use Etheremon.

Cons:

I want to do this for more smart contracts :)
