How are you handling the context window for 2+ hour podcasts? Do you chunk the transcript and summarize loosely, or are you using a model with a massive context window (like Gemini 1.5/Claude) to keep the thread of the argument intact?
We struggle with this long-context retention problem at SquarePact (analyzing 100+ page contracts), so I’m curious how others prevent the AI from forgetting the first 10 minutes by the time it gets to the end. Good luck @robin_gustafsson!

This is very good and needed. I enjoy long-form Youtube videos, but a lot of times I want to get the notes from the videos. Solves a lot for some of us.
Does TubeGuide transcribe all videos? Some videos usually seem to be blocked from getting transcribed by platforms like ChatGPT, even on Gemini.
