@macgregordennis it's your product and your decisions. I'm sure that you've created really great mail, but if you're offering free trial for any number of days it's really strange to ask my credit card at first stage. Maybe you've read that it may works for SaaS services, but it don't. At least for unknown services (yet). Anyway I wish you good luck with this project - it looks great. BTW try to ask users if there is enough information ob your site.

It's a badly designed product, that will go to the top here, because noboddy reads the feedback :)
@justintlai@playswithfood it does now work well on firefox at all, and it seems there are a few more troubles if you read the comments. I lost 3 min of my life with it and it's enought :)
From Jack Smith's feature list, I'd suggest sticking with Mixmax.

@chrismessina yeah. that's probably a better option. Personally I use a variety of gmail extensions (MailTrak, Boomerang etc)

Really glad I read this feedback.

@julianmiller you should still try it imho. It would be quite good (very fast) if it didn't have a few bugs. - I just used a credit card with only $1 on it so I could try it out without being charged

@_jacksmith I'm with you here. Turing feels like a beta with potential -- not ready for prime time. And we have seen a lot of good SaaS that started out with a bad landing page & no free trial. (Here's hoping they don't fall into the freemium trap!)
