We've been working deep in the healthcare billing industry, so we see how the sausage is made. But we've been constantly frustrated with how hard it is for our friends and family to have any idea what they will be charged before they go to the doctor. So we built this site to make that data easily available to consumers. It's a work in progress, but we'd love your feedback. Personally, I'm a fan of socialized medicine systems like in Canada and Europe as a better way to keep costs down. But given the current US system, we want to give consumers control and even highlight the 'good guys' in the industry who are out there providing high quality care at fair prices.
