A group voice channel option for larger hangouts would be a great add, something like temporary rooms people can drop into without needing a full call setup. Would help casual catch-ups feel less formal.
Group chat folders would be a really nice addition since I bounce between a few different circles on most messaging apps and it gets messy fast.
