Twenty is praised for its affordability, adaptability, and open-source nature, making it a strong alternative to complex and costly CRMs like Salesforce and HubSpot. Users appreciate its clean, intuitive interface and the rapid development pace, with the core team actively engaging with the community. The platform's community-driven approach and emphasis on extensibility allow businesses to customize their CRM experience, avoiding vendor lock-in. While some users note the learning curve of self-hosting, Twenty offers a compelling solution for those seeking control and customization.

@maxiguilli It’s inspiring to see teams building tools that really fit user needs, just like how understanding hairs transplant cost London helps people find the right care that suits them best. When services focus on real user experience and transparency, it makes a big difference. Hope more providers follow this example to make choices easier for everyone. Great job to all working hard to create helpful solutions!

Being a user myself, I'm very excited about those new features!
Twenty was built for builders. With the workflows being released today, our users are empowered to build even more!

@stephanie_joly2 thanks for setting up Twenty for Twenty! The workflows you built are impressive – it's a huge change for us to have product data right into our CRM.

@raphael_bosi Thank you Raphaël! The product wouldn’t feel the same without you. I think people will especially love the side panel you built

Congrats guys on the launch. Used Twenty a couple of times and I loved how it felt — especially its design. It made CRMs less annoying. I wished its Zapier integration UX was a lot better though but Twenty is indeed by #1.
Congrats to the team!!!

Thanks for the feedback@praisephilemon ! True, we didn't invest much in our Zapier integration as we are building our own workflow engine. With AI, it will be very powerful. Hope you'll like them! Did you try it?

Not every open-source CRM looks good and works great.
Looking through the Twenty I see all basic CRM features I might need in every new project.
And it's open-sourced — nice!

@goshatirov Thanks for the nice comment! We indeed think open source deserves a great UX!

Such an awesome product! Thank you! A couple of questions, thouhg:
1. Pricing
"Unlimited rows*" leading to "*Fair usage policy" - what does it actually mean?
2. How does Twenty help companies to move their data from existing CRMs?
Does it offer any tools to help with data migration (ETL), or support common CRM APIs like Salesforce orHubSpot?

Hi@vitaliy_mokosiy1
As long as you are below 1 million records by object, you should be fine, otherwise your workspace might feel slow and we would need our team to take a look at the performances of your workspace. We have designed Twenty to support millions of records but as the cloud offering is multi-tenant oriented, the performance of a given workspace might add loads on others. In this case, we would need to move your workspace to a different cluster / database and a more "premium" tier. That's why we added the "Fair usage policy" mention but most of the users should not be concerned about it!
I would say it can be challenging depending on the number of records you have and the complexity of your data model. If your use-case is "easy", we have a CSV export / import tool to help migrate data into Twenty. If it's not, Twenty is API first so connectors can be easily built: during Hacktoberfest 2024, some have been built for various CRM by the community. Recently, we have also introduced workflows (automation) on Twenty side that could help keep both system in sync during the migration but I would avoid it if possible as the overhead vs making a one-time migration is quite big

@cbo_twenty It all makes sense! Thank you so much!
