I made Tyke because when I'm working I often need a little of scratch paper to jot something down.
Sometimes it's becasue I need to paste it someplace or other times it's because I just want to clear the formatting and edit it.
I used to use a new text editor window for that job. Now I don't have to.

Just used it for a phone call today. It's plain, simple and it works :) I don't see a need for more functionalities at the moment. This is a keeper.

I used to have to open friggin' TextEditor every timeI had to paste bits of my writing (I know, I'm weird, I use .txt files for writing projects), and having 10 "untitled" files on hand was getting tiresome. THIS WILL FIX THE THINGS.
Pros:Copypasta heaven! If you are always copying, cuttng, and pasting text... this is for you! So simple, no need for multiple .txt's ever again!

unclutter app is note taking, clipboard and project folders features at the same interface. It's easy, it's fast, flawless and yet not a menu bar app in case you dont want more menu bar icons (bartender to handle that)
Pros:Simple
Cons:Nothing special. Unclutter works and does more than tyke do with just a gesture.
I'm glad this is born out of necessity and I can see why such a simple thing can make a difference in your productivity.
