We believe creators are the professors of the future and envision a world where the value of their knowledge and special skills can be unlocked, and surfaced to curious individuals.
Many of us cannot afford computer science degrees at top universities or a $15K-$25K coding bootcamp. Wouldn’t it be cool to learn how to code from a software engineer at Google or Facebook, for a few hundred dollars instead of $15K?
MOOCs (massive open online courses) such as those offered by HarvardX, MITx and Udemy for instance, have a very low completion rate of only 3% to 6%. Their asynchronous format makes it hard for learners to stick with it long enough to see results.
This launch is our first public beta release and we’re looking forward to building in public with your feedback.

@bella98 Thanks J.J. U is actually a free platform, there are no monthly fees unlike Kajabi and other tools. We only make money when creators do and our creators keep 90%.

As someone that has taught courses in person and through Zoom, I can say this is a brilliant idea. It simplifies the process of having to piece together lots of tools and the live cohort-based style makes the classes so much fun! And now, living in a pandemic, U opens up jobs and side hustles to all! I’m excited to launch a bootcamp in the near future and glad to be part of the founding team of this journey.
Thanks and congratulations for this great idea. The commission rate also looks very good. I look forward to giving my education that I have been working on for a long time here in my own language (Turkish) as soon as possible. I hope we will be able to use it fully (paying and receiving payments) in Turkey. Thanks a lot for the idea. Variety is always very good.

@sercansolmaz Thank you so much, we love the feedback! One of our main goals is to let creators keep as much of their revenue as possible. Currently, we support over 50 countries, but unfortunately, we do not support Turkey yet. Please stay tuned for future releases!
