@marvinliao Hi Marvin, there are few players in the eldercare market, but they are focusing on the home healthcare segment - providing nurse/doctor at home.
We are filling the gap which exists due to lack of support system for the elderly - being like a son/daughter to them.
We are yet to find a direct competitor, though going further, we might have competition from Portea, Dabur, India Home Healthcare etc for some services, but we might be working together to offer some services as well.
What we are doing is an unchartered territory (thats what Senior people in healthcare in India have told us)
@ajaypalnitj Thats super helpful. Whats the biggest concern/challenge from your side here.

@marvinliao Thanks Marvin. Since this is totally new thing for India, so many times people get surprised when they get to know about us. They ask " does such thing really exist?"
sometimes people look for validation and they usually prefer to use if someone refers us to them. We feel, with time this will get easier.
Besides we get queries from all over India (and US too) checking if we are live in their city.
Another challenge will be finding good talent but we already have plans for that. We have found some really good talent pools with relevant skills.
Besides we are trying to figure out if in Future, we should go deep (more services for elderly) or wide (covering family, pregnant women etc) as we get different kinds of queries.
We are bootstrapped and are looking to raise money in near future to spend more on marketing and operations.
