I assume this is embedded into your app. Does that mean that your app's permissions will bloat? Users will need to accept camera, microphone, video etc permissions. How do you deal with this?

@tombielecki Yes, you need to have the app permissions to cover usual interactions through camera, microphone, etc. The first time a user requests a support session through the app, these permissions will be requested. Our current users love it when the multimodal interacts as they reduce the duration and complexity of the support call/chat.

The app looks great and has some very neat features but it's hella expensive. Even worse, they want you to buy into a yearly contract! That's such corporate bs. It should be monthly and a discount for yearly, with NO contracts.

@omermolad Competing. It's an all in one solution that companies can use, vs a mish mash Frankenstein approach of piecing together lots of different products. They also have features that I've never seen elsewhere "there are several providers in the voice and chat space. However, UJET is one of the only holistic platform for voice and chat channels that customers can reach via in-app, in-web, or in-1800 routes. This makes it extremely efficient for modern contact centers with cross-skills agents and provides the freedom from piecemeal solutions."
