I consider myself a novice with Notion and when I came across @tomfrankly Ultimate Brain it seemed like everything I was hoping notion would do without me creating it myself. It’s not for the faint of heart but once you start working it you just can’t believe how robust it is. Dont be scared because the customer service is fantastic. @aantoszek is amazing and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me with a question I couldnt wrap my head around and actually make a video to explain it. I even got replies from Thomas himself. I can watch the videos over and over and each time I absorb something new. The money back guarantee was what made me push the button and no way will I return it! If you ever built a template in notion you will appreciate the detail that has gone into this. He left no stone unturned. On a scale of 1-10 I am still at a 3 when I read what others are doing with it, but it sure is fun reading about it and growing…Thanks Thomas and Alex

I have been using Ultimate Brain for Notion since the very first days of the release and at the time I was completely new to Notion. Since then I have fully reorganized my systems to be in Notion, built out several large projects (including managing an ongoing renovation on our home) and been able to create an ongoing project/area based task list that is fully integrated with my Sunsama (block scheduling app) and calendar.
As a neurodivergent mom to a neurodivergent kid (and one neurotypical) this system has been a game changer for me. Previously I had been using journals to keep these things organized and it worked out very well for me, but having it all linked to databases has completely leveled up my organization and productivity.
The community on Circle is active and full of tips and tricks and even camaraderie as we all work toward similar goals of furthering our Notion and UB skills. Along with excellent communication about UB updates as well as Notion updates and integrations, this system is hands down the best out there for 2nd brains. Kudos to @TomFrankly for his clear dedication and vision for this outstanding product; to his team of creators who helped make this happen and to @aantoszek on the Circle community who has the patience of a saint and seemingly endless dedication to supporting us all.

I bought Ultimate Brain about 1.5 months ago, and it's quite literally changed my life. I can't give all the credit to the system, because I was choosing to create a new path of bringing all my life into order and harmony in order to be able to then go and do my big work in the world. And I learned about Tiago Forte's work and then Ultimate Brain right when I was ready.
So it was a beautiful flow for me.
I put a LOT of time into it -- more than the system necessarily requires, but it's what I needed for my own work.
It enables me to get rid of the burden of loose ends and the pressure I've felt most of my adult life of undone tasks that you "should" do, as if you "should be doing RIGHT NOW this list of 1000 things" that you could never finish. I've been morphing my life into a sense of upwelling from my being into what I choose to do and create, rather than being pushed around by every current of a whim of my mind or other people's rushed demands.
Instead of having to meet that sense of rush, with Ultimate Brain, I can consistently record ideas and plans and any actions that I'm interested in as soon as I think of them. These don't get lost because I've chosen when I will review what, and every day I do the work I choose, knowing that nothing is falling through the cracks while I'm at it.
This has given me freedom to work on the big projects that I'm the most excited to do, while I also take time to manage the ongoing stuff that may eventually come back to bite me if I don't -- things like updating the car insurance and doing the laundry!
I guess my big takeaway and advice for anyone considering this is there is a lot here that can give you the structure to create a life that's more from your core choosing and less from being carried around by shifting currents. But it's up to you to use that system and to create a life with that support.
I can also say that the post-purchase support goes far above what I would expect from a product at this price level. It feels like there's a true caring from Thomas and his employees.
