I believe the difference is that I've seen other CRM systems with too many elements on the screen, making it overwhelming and confusing. My template is designed to be simple yet powerful, showing only the necessary information for each situation on each screen.
And the last point is what makes it crucial for your business. For example, if you go to the Meetings section, you can easily see the scheduled meetings, the ones yet to be scheduled, and those that have already taken place.
