Designed to replace the teacher who counts aloud and marks the moments of breaths, delays, and exhalations. Now you can turn on the app after your yoga practice and it will count for you. Or you can practice pranayama independently.
Yoga teachers usually give pranayama, a breathing technique for 5-10 minutes, at the end of the practice. I was surprised that there are a lot of apps with breathing techniques, but none of them count out loud, as yoga teachers in good yoga studios do. So, gradually, I started to put my idea into an app. Did you see something like that?
The 5 min breathing exercises are quite good. Conscious breathing takes away the stress and is great for the working professionals who dont have much time for hours of meditation.
connect you messaging with relaxation for busy people. add time to achieve results as well like 10 minutes calm down. congratulations 🎊 this app has huge potential
Breathing exercises are super pleasant to do! A great addition to a fitness and wellness routine for everyone!

The simplicity of the app, with no personal information input required—a tool to utilize when you need—really stands out from a consumer standpoint in this age of rapid doomscrolling and attention-grabbing ads.
