@ninayodel feature request (without knowing the app): how about never getting any calls ever again but the urgent ones. the problem is the differentiation: sometimes someone calls from an unknown number (e.g. finanzamt), I need these calls, but not marktforschung shit. nor grandma telling me what she saw on tv, but I need to know when she has an emergency...
feature req: a personal assistant AI that "talks" to callers and blocks off all the unnecessary calls! (good luck implementing 🤣)

@ninayodel where can I signup for the Android waitlist?
@electrobabe that's our end-goal. You can combine various information: date/time, calendar, caller info, reason of call, etc. and based on that, Unlined can (in theory) rate what call is necessary and which one isn't. A "human" assistant also needs to be trained to know what is indeed important and what isn't.

It would also be great to set the option so I can choose what to do with all callers, similar to do not disturb. Even if my caller is trusted and my calendar is empty, I might want to be on do not disturb. Is that possible?
@richinapps love this thought and totally agree! 💜 Right now, Unlined only checks your calendar and your address book but we are working on adding more functionalities, so there's more rules to follow (including the "do not disturb" option). For now, you can simply add a block to your calendar to mimic this behaviour.

It sounds great. I have tried other services (YouMail, & RoboCall) I am curious how it works. How does it stop spammers?
@jan_landy1 thank you! 💜 So we check two things for an incoming call: who the caller is and your calendar. If the phone number is not saved in your contacts, they directly go to voicemail and if you have saved a contact as "spam", they will hear a message that your number is not in service (so they never call you again).

Does it offers real–time protection from a growing list of robocallers, telemarketers and phone scammers? Congratulations on the launch.

@mitch_mitchell yes it absolutely does! It doesn’t matter what the number is they call from, if they don’t give a reason why they are calling, unli Ed’s AI blocks them. It’s brilliantly simple!
I can report I haven’t had a single spam call for 12 days! 😎
Keep up the awesome work @unlined!

So far I'm loving this app! I would like to know how to add "Groups" to Trusted. For example, Family, Work, a specific company (and its contacts)?

On your Help page, all the voices are male. On the app, it seems they are female. The male voice seems more appealing. How can I change to the male voice?
