Unloop is a visual pattern mapping tool that helps you see the triggers, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that keep you stuck. Map it out. Spot the loop. Let AI surface what you missed. Design tiny experiments to interrupt it. No prescriptions. No generic advice. Just your patterns, made visible.

My ADHD is so bad I barely read the description, but it did end up pulling me in!

@thecarguy Haha the ADHD test passed then 😄 Glad it pulled you in!
This is definitely a great product, curious how exactly it would solve my adhd

@ashish_singh81 Thanks Ashish! To be clear - it won't "solve" ADHD (nothing will). But it helps you SEE your patterns visually instead of them running invisibly in the background. Once you can see a loop - trigger → thought → behavior → consequence → back to trigger
you can start experimenting with where to interrupt it. It's about awareness and experimentation, not a cure. Hope that makes sense!
Good stuff! Curious - after the initial assessment, will the user continue giving updates to keep the tracking and mapping fresh or you get to integrate this with a daily device e.g smartwatch with EKG monitoring etc or both?
Unloop
@tade_odunlami Thanks so much Tade! Right now after the assessment you get to discover hidden connections with our X-ray feature, then work through insights with the Pattern Coach (AI that asks questions, not prescriptions).
From there you can log when patterns show up as well as track your experiments - on web or through our mobile logging app.
Device integration (HRV, sleep data) is on the roadmap.
What kind of data would be most useful to you?
Wow, Unloop looks amazing! The visual mapping aspect really resonates with my ADHD brain. Curious how the AI surfaces missed patterns – does it prioritize certain types of loops?
Unloop
@jaydev13 Thanks Jay! The AI surfaces patterns through X-ray insights (deep pattern analysis), a pattern coach that remembers your history, and blind spot detection when you're stuck. It prioritizes based on what you've shared and where you seem to get stuck most.

ADHD-ish brain here. I’ve sketched loops in a notebook—this hits. Curious how you handle messy, overlapping triggers and if the AI flags blind spots without getting preachy. Tiny experiments vibe feels doable. Saving to try on my Sunday reset.
Unloop
@alexcloudstar Hey Alex, glad this resonates!
Yes messy overlapping triggers are expected - canvas lets you connect any node to multiple others. Real patterns aren't linear.
AI flags blind spots through questions only - no "you should do X." Just asks things like "what are you protecting yourself from?" and you decide if it lands (Only then does it get integrated into the pattern canvas)
Let me know how Sunday goes - happy to help if questions come up 🙏
Hope this gets mainstream.
Nothing to add, insanely great job on the framework and design 👏🏻

@pasha_tseluyko Thank you Pavel! That means a lot 🙏
Huge congrats on the launch! 🎉 The concept of 'visualizing the invisible' is so powerful, especially for neurodivergent minds. I love that you focus on 'tiny experiments' rather than generic advice—that actionable approach is what's usually missing in mental health tools.
As a builder myself, I know how hard it is to balance depth with simplicity. Curious: How did you decide on the specific visualization style? Was it based on specific CBT frameworks? Upvoted and following!
Unloop
@elevenapril Thanks! The visualization style came from my own ADHD experience - I needed to SEE why I kept getting stuck, not just read about it. Traditional frameworks felt too linear for how my mind actually works. So I built something more freeform where patterns emerge as you map them. Appreciate the support 🙏
