Thanks, @max_savonin1 for your feedback. - currently, we have a few integrations (stripe, segmen.io , webhook API ...) but we are planning to add a lot more based on our user's requested integrations. can you tell me what platforms you have in mind? or find absolutely necessary for product teams? - Product analytics reports are not customizable yet. but are super easy to create and use, you just pick the event trigger you want to monitor and choose a report from a variety of report templates. we may add a feature where you can create your own report template to add a bit of customization. - No our segmentation feature is purely programmatically, you manually need to call the function to add a user to a segment. - Our user's data are encrypted and hosted on a secure cloud provider. Userium will also perfectly work with minimum user info, you can have anonymous reports based only on a provided user id. - Yes sure here is our API documentation page https://dashboard.userium.app/do... Looks useful and slick. I'm not sure my products have enough users for this to be relevant at this point but I might give it a try. Is there documentation on how to set it up? I haven't seen this on the website. One or two use cases / demo could also be helpful. For the rest it's super impressive (particularly the video and landing page). Good luck today!

Often, product teams need to stitch together and tweak these different tools to make them work. Userium is an all-in-one solution that integrates product analytics, customer flow customization, in-app and email automation, and user onboarding.
