Userjam uses AI to turn messy product analytics into plain-English updates, real-time alerts, and AI-powered reports in Slack or email so your team can act faster, support key users, and make smarter product decisions.

Hi Product Hunt! I’m Barak, the designer and co-founder of Userjam 👋
It’s a big day for me and Gilad. After months of designing, testing, and obsessing over the details, Userjam is finally live!
We’re still early and would love your thoughts, feedback, and ideas as we shape Userjam together 💜
@brkvdn after seeing some of your masterpieces i have no doubt this one will become another success. Good luck! super proud of you!
@new_user___2932025b11f4e83370468f1 Thanks Amir!
I could see this being helpful for gathering info for case studies. Are there other ways PMMs are using this to make their jobs easier?
Congrats on the launch. Turning analytics into real, story-like updates feels like the missing link between data and empathy. Does the AI summarize sessions for individual users or across entire accounts?
@vik_sh It does both. First we summarize every sessions individually. Then you can have feeds and a daily report for every account/segment.
Breakthrough product by a stellar team!
Gilad and Barak are proven veterans and both are exceptionally skilled at building great products that are fun to use, and are positively obsessed with users. It is exciting to see that they are at it again with a mission that combines these skills.
Years ago, at one of their previous startups, I saw them building dashboards and analytics interfaces for tracking user activity and issues, that were already miles ahead of anything else I'd seen: They provided strong, clear insights into user experiences, from following a single user's exception trace to tracking the activity patterns of cohorts of users - while being a breeze to use and beautifully designed.
After seeing first-hand that wonder in-house product for user tracking, it is amazing to see that they are now building a user-analysis product that will be generally available for all. This is the best team to develop such a product, and I am sure that with their focus on it, this is going to be a top product in the category.
If you are a team that cares about its users, I would strongly recommend looking at Userjam!
@yoni_rozenshein thanks Yoni!
I'm super excited to see this product launch! This is a sophisticated and inspiring attempt at changing how teams monitor their product. Dashboards become obsolete and cumbersome as products evolve over time, and I believe Userjam's approach can really transform this sector in a radical way.
Can't wait to see where you'll go with this!! Good luck!
@ofir_rabanian Thanks! So much more to come. We believe in using AI in the right places where it can provide the most impact for the user experience. Substance over flash
Been using Userjam, and it’s honestly one of the smoothest analytics tools I’ve tried. It’s super smart in how it connects the dots, you get a full picture of the user journey without digging through endless charts. The flow is intuitive, and the insights actually make sense to humans
@meir_gafner Thanks dude! The new AI daily reports I think really tie things together nicely.
