@ricardo_luz hey Ricardo. Thanks for the response. We are utilizing the interview transcripts for this. In the current form it is able to identify quick themes and is good enough to share with stakeholders with few edits. There are few issues with repeated points which we are trying to work through.
UserStudy is a game-changer for user research. The usability testing is intuitive, transcription is accurate and time-saving, and the synthesis feature extracts meaningful insights. Improved integration options and more documentation would be helpful. Overall, UserStudy has greatly simplified my research process.
