One thing that would help a lot is a built-in client portal view, so we can share project updates and approvals directly with clients without sending them yet another login link. Would save so many emails.

honestly looks solid for keeping all the moving parts in one place, but one thing i'd love to see is a built-in approval workflow with client commenting, like where clients can review drafts directly without needing a separate tool or login hassle
