The plain English approach sounds great for quick prototyping, but I'd love to see a version history with diffs so I can see exactly what changed when I tweak a workflow. Right now I'm nervous about debugging or rolling back when something breaks. A simple timeline view with the ability to restore previous versions would make this much more trustworthy for production use.
