Hi Hunters! 👋 I'm A2K, building Vastra solo. A month ago, I almost deleted this entire project. I was watching Shark Tank and saw a startup called "Twin" pitching almost my exact concept—a digital wardrobe. When Aman Gupta funded them, my heart sank. I thought: "They have the money, a team, and a head start. I don't stand a chance." I was completely demotivated until I read a post reminding me that being a "first mover" isn't everything. Google wasn't the first search engine, and Facebook wasn't the first social network. That gave me the kick I needed to stop overthinking and just ship my MVP. So, here is Vastra. It’s an app to effortlessly digitize your closet, create looks, and do virtual try-ons so you can visualize an outfit before you actually put it on. I'm not looking for a million downloads or huge funding. Honestly, if I can get just 100 people to use this in their daily life and find it genuinely helpful, I'd consider this project a massive success. I'm looking for your most blunt feedback. Is the UI clunky? Does the virtual try-on suck? Is it actually solving a problem for you? Are you concerned about privacy? Please be as brutally honest as you need to be.
